We don’t offer custom organic programs. Our treatments are synthetic-based because, in our experience, organic options haven’t delivered the consistent results we strive for. We use EPA-registered products at label rates and focus on timing, targeting, and soil health to minimize overall inputs.

If weather would prevent a quality application (heavy rain, saturated turf, or high winds), we’ll pause and move your visit to the next suitable window. We generally do not send notifications for weather-related shifts; your service will simply roll to the next route day. Prefer alerts? Tell our team and we’ll note it on your account.

Yes. Contact us at least one business day in advance to reschedule. Skipping may affect results; we’ll advise on the best timing to stay on track.

Pricing is based on your property’s size, service scope, and visit frequency. Quotes are free and customized—no one-size-fits-all pricing.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and keep a card on file for hassle-free billing. Your card is charged the Monday following service, and we email a receipt.

Our rates may be adjusted annually according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI). If an increase over 7% is ever required, we’ll reach out in advance to notify you and review options.

Follow the 1/3 rule and mow at about 4 inches for cool-season turf. Don’t remove more than one-third of the blade in a single cut to reduce stress.

Aim for 1.5–2 inches of water per week, including rainfall. Morning watering is best to reduce disease pressure and improve soil absorption.
